Bay Island Lifestyle (previously Bay Islands Water Sports) has been operating on the Redlands Coast since 2018. At Bay Island Lifestyle, we believe everyone, regardless of ability or background, should enjoy the benefits of our naturally wonderful bay. 

Our mission centres on fostering community, ensuring everyone feels welcome and valued. Bay Island Water Sports: Enjoy a fantastic, family-friendly water sports adventure at Raby Bay Foreshore Park on Brisbane’s stunning Redlands Coast.

Aqua Accessibility: Creating space where people with disabilities can experience water-based fun. Our adaptive equipment and knowledgable staff make it easy to be included and have fun.

Coffee Co: Sip on a delicious barista-made coffee, refreshing tea, creamy frappes, or cold soft drinks.  We offer light snacks to keep you energised.

Terms and Conditions

**PLEASE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS: **Once your booking is complete you have implied consent to our Terms and Conditions. Arrival: We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time to allow time for safety briefing and equipment allocation. Weather: Our Non-Motorised Water Sports are conducted in outdoor environments and Bay Island Water Sports Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend or cancel any lessons, tours or hire without notice. It is our main objective to provide a fun experience for all guests with safety as our top priority. Should weather cause your booking to be suspended you will have the choice of rescheduling to another date/time OR a refund. Under 18: Children Under 18 are required to have parental or guardians written approval to hire any equipment. Participants under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times during the hire and the parent/guardian supervising the children accepts all responsibility. Upon booking it is agreed that you can swim 100 metres unaided, you are aware that this sport is held in natural conditions which present natural and man-made dangers and waive any responsibility from Bay Island Water Sports Pty Ltd and agree that you are responsible for acting in a safe and responsible manner. Acceptance of Risk and Responsibility: I acknowledge that I have an obligation to myself, others & all participants, to act in a safe and responsible manner and follow the rules and instructions of Bay Island Water Sports Pty Ltd, whilst engaging in activities, hires and tours provided by Bay Island Water Sports. I agree that Bay Island Water Sports Pty Ltd is absolved from all liability arising from injury, impaired, maimed or killed. Other participants may act dangerously or with a lack of skill. Conditions may be hazardous and may vary without warning or predictability. My property may be damaged, lost or destroyed. I consent to the use of any photographs, pictures, filming of myself or other participants to be used for publicity, promotions, television, films and websites and expressly waive any right of privacy, compensation, copyright, or other ownership connected with the same. Water Sports activities are all physical activities, which can be extremely strenuous on the body. Customers with pre-existing injuries such as back, shoulder, heart problems, medical conditions that will be exacerbated with physical exercise, should refrain from these activities I have voluntarily read and understood this warning and accept and assume the inherent risks in Water Sports activities provided by Bay Island Water Sports Pty Ltd. I also accept responsibility and will compensate Bay Island Water Sports Pty Ltd for any wilful or avoidable damage to any equipment used. **Once your booking is complete you have implied consent to our Terms and Conditions.
